Sent to the wrong address! Despite the correct delivery address on the e mailed invoice. Luckily the name was correct and my neighbour realised the mistake.

Probably best if I don't - really let down by poor communication - told delivery would be next day and it was next week - cost me time and money to replace the order.

The box seemed flimsy- we are going to use it 'indoors'. The inspection hatch wouldn't open fully and broke when we tried to open it. There is no protective rim on the exercise platform. Fortunately our skilled volunteers was able to repair the hatch and fit a safer trim to the exercise platform. We have subsequently purchased an ECO box from the Barn owl centre for external use, a much more robust box.

I have emailed Wildcare with my concerns and not received a response. I was told that I did not get my order in on time for next day delivery on the phone, when in fact I did as per the email receipt I received.We ended up going to site twice as a consequence.

The poducts are great but the two boxes I ordered both arrived damaged as the packaging was totally inadequate to protect them during shipping. We've been able to install both but it's always disappointing when purchases arrive damaged.

Ordered dormouse tubes on the basis the order would be sent out the next wroking day. Unfortunately we received them a week later.
