“Ordered blades for 2 vehicles. One fitted perfectly, the other did not. Rang and spoke to Kerry who told me I was doing it wrong and the blades did fit and this was latest Lucas blade On measuring I found the new blade body was 0.2mm oversized compared to the previous model and clearly would not fit. She was quite argumentative saying she would refund the payment and not to return the blade. Of course nothing happened.”

“Easy site to navigate and order the correct wiper which was delivered ahead of the estimated time. The wiper was an exact replacement so no faffing around with different fittings. My local Halfords did not stock the wiper, but the ones they did have were about twice the price”
