“Sold me faulty Lucas wiper blades.. package was already open. It seems it was swapped? The wiper blades leaves smudges and didn’t clear the windshield clearly.. Better to buy from halfords.. they have quality control over their products..”

“I am not satisfied, the wipers did not have adapters for my car, they do not fit, I went to a mechanic and bought a Bosch from him and everything is ok”

“Item arrived, should have been a pair, one wiper was missing, looks like it had been opened and one wiper removed then put back on the shelf, very poor, I emailed several times and called once and got a replacement sent out two days later. No apology !!!”

“Cannot give you a review,as I have not yet received my order. Order placed on the 7th of November,dispatched on the 8th,email received from Royal Mail,(in transit) And that's where it ends. Have tried to chase up all to no avail,today is the 17th if I do not receive my order this week i will ask for a refund and order from Amazon,at least you know you will get the order the next day.”

“Easy to fit. Within two weeks one wiper started to fray & bits that connected with screen fell off. Very disapointed with this product.”

“I had a problem but when they realised they had sent me the wrong wipers communication rapidly stopped . So okay if all goes okay but if not you will lose your money. Never again for me .”

“Easy Web purchase and number plate vehicle ID tool. Sadly the guaranteed to fit statement is utterly false....totally wrong fixing. Waste of time and effort. Called for assistance - referred to the installation video. Changed nothing as fitting, obviously wrong. £20 wasted.”

“I recently bought two new wiper blades for my ford ecosport according to my number plate. I assumed they would be O.K. I've just had my car serviced and the mechanic, who I know personally, found thaty they were the wrong ones for my car. He fitted new ones that did fit. Seriously, what sort of review can I give you? It's been a waaste of time and a waste of my money.”

“I wanted windscreen wipers for a 2013 Mini One. Every site I looked at using the "enter vehicle registration" facility came up with wipers only up to 2012, so, thinking it was a viable option, I ordered a full set. They came and were incompatible, so that demonstrates a problem with your site, obviously needs updating. Added to this, I emailed you a week ago to ask for a return. You have not replied. I got better service from ebay. So 1/10 for efficiency and communication. Poor.”
