“One of the four wiper blades was missing in the box. The email invoice was so complicated I couldn't figure out which one, and there was no picking slip in the box. I had to go out to the cars and measure up. All four had been invoiced but only 3 delivered. To be fair they credited the missing blade once I'd figured it out. Needed a slip in the box for easier identification.”

“Despite giving my registration number, getting the recommended wiper for my vehicle and receiving a " guaranteed to fit" statement the wiper didn't fit. I couldn't be bothered to send it back, which is down to me. Decided to go direct to Skoda and get the correct part. The wiper itself was a Bosch, so good quality at a reasonable price and free delivery, so if it was the correct part I would have been happy with the service.”
