“Thank you for giving me the opportunity to review. I bought new Lucas driver and passenger sides wipers for my SEAT Arona. The passenger side one juddered on the screen making an alarming noise. It was fitted the correct way up and the screen was cleaned before fitting. The one it replaced, a Bosch one, didn't do that. There was nothing wrong with that one, it had only been replaced because I always replace both fronts at the same time. I reported the problem to windscreen wipers and they have supplied a replacement.”

“The widscreen wipers fit okay and are doing a reasonable job of clearing water off the windscreen, except for the passenger side wiper, which doesn't mould to the widscreen well and leaves streaks. The rear wiper blade, wich was a Bosch and was claimed to be tested on my 2022 Kia Niro, did not fit the wiper arm because the design and cut-out to enable it to be fitted was not compatible with my car. I would like to be reimbursed for this rear wiper blade, as it was not fit for purpose.”

“Ordered online (local store dudnt have them in stock) by entering my reg number so I wouldn't get it wrong. They arrived in decent time but completely wrong for my vehicle. Had an option to return to a local store for a refund. Obtained the returns form signed and dated from the employee. Waited 12 days before contacting the store asking where my refund was, he asked me to waait another few days. . He gave me a returns number to call. I called a few times a day but it was never answered! Tried to get hold of an alternative number, there wasn't one. After almost 3 weeks I reported to raising a refund via PayPal. Customer service non existent. Ordered correct wipers which are perfect, silent and very happy with.”

“Whilst the wipper blades for the front screen were correct the wiper blade for the rear screen was incorrect. Although it fitted into the wiper arm the actual blade was too short. On reading the packaging I became aware that th blade was in fact for VW Golf and not a VW Passat as ordered. I would have returned the blade in exchange for one of the correct fitting but I urgently required one that would give me rear view visibility so I retained it. I continued to use it until I was able to obtain the correct blade from another supplier and will retain the offending one for emergency use only.”

“It is diffiult for me to say, so i have made a neutral rating. I have not actually received the windscreen wipers, I think the problem is with Royal Mail and not with the company selling the wipers. It seems thay were study at the mail sorting office in Plymouth and were then lost. Windscreen Wipers have told me to contact them again if they are not received by tomorrow.”

“Ordered blades for 2 vehicles. One fitted perfectly, the other did not. Rang and spoke to Kerry who told me I was doing it wrong and the blades did fit and this was latest Lucas blade On measuring I found the new blade body was 0.2mm oversized compared to the previous model and clearly would not fit. She was quite argumentative saying she would refund the payment and not to return the blade. Of course nothing happened.”

“Ordered windscreen wipers for my vehicle on the 19th of June ,email received on 20th tosay it is been sent via royal mail,rang customer service on the 26th of june to say Item not received yet,told they will resend and today is 27th of June and still not received. Sent email and advised it has been resent and still waiting.”

“pack of 3 wipers. Lucas for front and Bosch for rear. Unfortunately after refitting numerous times the drivers side wiper still misses about 3/4 of an inch at the top of the windscreen.it just does not lay flat. Good price though, although i can see me changing them again shortly.”
