“Ordered online (local store dudnt have them in stock) by entering my reg number so I wouldn't get it wrong. They arrived in decent time but completely wrong for my vehicle. Had an option to return to a local store for a refund. Obtained the returns form signed and dated from the employee. Waited 12 days before contacting the store asking where my refund was, he asked me to waait another few days. . He gave me a returns number to call. I called a few times a day but it was never answered! Tried to get hold of an alternative number, there wasn't one. After almost 3 weeks I reported to raising a refund via PayPal. Customer service non existent. Ordered correct wipers which are perfect, silent and very happy with.”

“I normally get my wipers changed at Toyota but they don't seem to last even 6 months so thought I would try the Bosch ones. I couldn't manage to fit them but my husband did easily! I am really pleased at the way they look and work. I will see how long they last”

“Wipers were cheap compared to Halfords . They arrive the next day and were easy to fit . Once I’d watched the self help video as the different connectors supplied were a little confusing at first but now I’ve done it once it will be easy again the service was great so will use from now on think it was about £20 for two from and the back so a bargain as far as I’m concerned”
