Really pleased with the bike and was packaged securely and tracked delivery through Hermes.

I wanted a particular Cube Mountain bike but could not get it anywhere. Tried Winstanleys on line and they had one in correct size at a good price. After reading some poor reviews I was a bit apprehensive. Glad I took the chance. Bike was shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition and was very easy to put together. Delivery to Ireland was good what with Covid and Christmas. Absolutely Delighted !

Refunds - Difficult

I haven’t even seen a refund for the posted 2 times sent and currently don’t even have the shock in my possession.

Been waiting months for my item, just keep fobbing me off with waiting for stock, I never received my item as yet still haven't had a refund, money I can't afford to lose. Worst online transaction ever with no phone number to call if issues just email may or may not get a proper response from.

Terrible service. On 18/9, I was informed my order could not be met due to being 'sold out and discontinued' - clearly a contract that would never be completed. Winstanleys then opted to retain my refund for nearly a month until (I) had to contact them to 'ask' for it back on 10/10; No apology for the retention. Disgusting.

I ordered two tubes of chain wax , not told that out of stock at Wigan shop so waited a week , then only one was posted I phoned and emailed no response from emails when I phoned was spoken to very abruptly by a woman in customer services saying that only one was available in the warehouse and after two weeks still waiting for the other to be sent . Very poor service I won’t be using them again and will go elsewhere.

Purchased a brand new Electric mountain bike, the bike arrived damaged and was not assembled correctly by the mechanics. A replacement bike was then sent to me, arrived later than promised and this replacement bike ALSO has scratches to the frame. This is totally unacceptable and an extremely poor level of service. Avoid Winstanley’s at all costs, would never buy from them again and not recommend to ANYONE. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!
