Fast, Flexible Shipping

Order by 2pm local time and your Xhunter items should ship that same day. You will be notified when your order ships and we provide tracking information via email.

We partner with Australia Post to ship most orders. Some orders may be shipped with Hunter Express, Toll or TNT if contain oversized or heavy items.

Hassle-Free Returns

If you don’t like your item and wish to return it you can do this up to 30 days after purchase date. Just give us a call or shoot us an email, we will walk you through to return the item for exchange or refund. “Very poor communication with customers and very disappointed with the overall shopping experience with your company.”

“Very bad customer service, I understand that things can go wrong and it’s how you handle it that matters Xhunter you failed”

“Only received half my order and didn’t get an email to advise me that you couldn’t supply the other half. When your website said you had stock. Then only contactable via email and drawn out refund process.”

“Made an incorrect purchase in the size of my gun case . Xhunter wouldnt exchange . So i would think twice before purchasing from Xhunter .”

“Very disappointed. Used to really like this store but will only shop here if I absolutely can't get something anywhere else. They no longer service phones and take days to get back to you when there's an issue. Ironically they say on a phone blurb when you call that the fastest way to get a reply is by email. Oh, and they misread emails too so I've had to send several emails in the past - all for a 2 min phone conversation.”

“I will never purchase anything from Xhunter ever again. The service is nothing short of terrible. My items I choose where meant to be instock and I paid for express post. Only to find out they where not and took over a month to get. No one would answer a phone call and an email reply was difficult to get. Never buy from these guys.”

“I wouldn’t shop with you again as I was very disappointed with the customer service. Your sales people didn’t make any effort to resolve the incorrect product sent. Then they tried to tell me it was the same product. They also billed me for another product they didn’t have in stock. Finally I was refunded after 20 or so messages back and forth 4 weeks later. They don’t answer phone calls so don’t bother. I’d say a 5tear old could run a better business.”

“X Hunter claims to ship internationally to Canada but failed to complete a basic accessories item order that I placed with shipping to my credit card billing address. They blamed it on Australia Post. Pathetic excuses and pathetic responses from customer service. At least I eventually received a refund back to my credit card however loosing money on the currency exchange that credit card companies charge. X Hunter? Seriously!?”

“Was not happy how my order was handled. If you didn’t have it in stock say so. Poor communication. Didn’t read my emails properly I think. Otherwise I would have my product and would not be wasting my time writing bad reviews”
