Fast, Flexible Shipping

Order by 2pm local time and your Xhunter items should ship that same day. You will be notified when your order ships and we provide tracking information via email.

We partner with Australia Post to ship most orders. Some orders may be shipped with Hunter Express, Toll or TNT if contain oversized or heavy items.

Hassle-Free Returns

If you don’t like your item and wish to return it you can do this up to 30 days after purchase date. Just give us a call or shoot us an email, we will walk you through to return the item for exchange or refund. “I put an order in and paid for it but for some reason it didn’t work, the card had the payment pending. It was hard to communicate with Xhunter due to no phone number they eventually got back to me but it has been over a week and a half and I still don’t know if it has been sent.”

“I ordered x3 laser bore-sights in different calibres. Two of them seemed to work ok but the third didn't work at all. I didn't mind that - these things happen - but when I tried to contact XHunter things fell apart. It was hard to find an address; then when I did so I got no response. I sent seven (7) emails, including the last two which told them that I was reluctant to write an adverse review because this was the first issue I'd had with using them, but I never got any response at all. So I have to say, the after-sale customer service is very disappointing and I will avoid using XHunter in future. It's a shame because I've bought a lot of gear through them. My issue this time was a little thing and would have been no trouble for them to address, but being ignored is frankly not acceptable. Very disappointing.”

“The communication after ordering products is poor, takes way too long to be notified that a product is out of stock to then to have to reorder another product which is also out of stock but you find out a week later after being told it’s been sent..No tracking numbers are sent and you don’t when or if your package has left.”

“I purchased a 4 cases from Xhunter spending over $1600. The cases took nearly 4 weeks to arrive even though I was told they were 'in stock'. One of the cases even arrived without any foam inside to which I haven't received a reply to any of my emails regarding that from the company. There is no way to contact them via phone which is also very annoying to get anything sorted. I wouldn't rush back to buy anything from this company.”

“Product was misrepresented on website, it said it included a swivel adaptor with the bipod. When I escalated they said it was an error and that I would have to purchase the required adaptor separately which is just not good enough.”

“The item i wanted was available online when i ordered it (click and collect). I tried ringing to expedite collection as i was going away but no one answers the phone, only get a message to email my request, then no one gets back to you. I went to the address as it was the day before i went hunting only to be told the item was out of stock. If i had known that i wouldn't have ordered it in the first place.”

“Pretty terrible customer service. I ordered multiple items that were supposedly “in stock” but in reality I had to wait weeks and weeks for some items to show up in the post one by one. Could not get in contact with anyone to help resolve the issue. Wasn’t impressed”
