Fast, Flexible Shipping

Order by 2pm local time and your Xhunter items should ship that same day. You will be notified when your order ships and we provide tracking information via email.

We partner with Australia Post to ship most orders. Some orders may be shipped with Hunter Express, Toll or TNT if contain oversized or heavy items.

Hassle-Free Returns

If you don’t like your item and wish to return it you can do this up to 30 days after purchase date. Just give us a call or shoot us an email, we will walk you through to return the item for exchange or refund. “I have not received my boresighter. I had emailed you to inform you that the shipping company had failed to deliver without ANY reply. I'm out of pocket and not happy”

“i ordered 3xl and got small and i have to pay to send it back, there is something wrong with their internet ordering .so i threw the coats in bin and now worn all my friends not to deal with them.”

“XHunter sent out only half of my order, with no explanation as to why. After several email attempts to ask why, I have had no response. There is no phone number anywhere provided to call, either. This company does not care about customers, nor is it an honest, genuine company. I will continue to spread the word on online forums and to my friends that this company is deceptive and treats its customers like fools they cannot be bothered with.”

“Items were sent in different packages, one took 13 days to leave (website said it was in stock). When it got here it was the wrong item.”

“Good products but terrible customer service experience. Paying additional for express post does not mean you will have your goods delivered to the post office in an express way. My goods sat in the shop for two weeks before they were handed over to Australia Post for processing. My email enquiries and calls were also not responded to quickly, with XHunter blaming Aus Post for the delivery fail. Aust Post were great. Will not shop with this company again.”

“Ordered four targets in October for Christmas gifts. Raised disputes in December and January. Xhunter can’t be contacted by phone. Live chat just sent me round I’m circles. Only online website messaging available with slow responses that just told me to keep waiting. Goods finally arrived in mid January. So disappointed.”

“I placed an order on 2nd December, expecting to get my items in time for Christmas. I received no further information from anyone, but checked the tracking information and I noticed that my order had not been sent and there was a note saying that my order had been approved for Backorder. I sent an online inquiry on 20th December and was able to find out that one of the 3 items I ordered was out of stock. I checked the website several days later and found that the item was now back in stock. However, there has been no movement with my order up to 16th January, but I did get a request from X-Hunter to write a review of my experience in dealing with them, so here it is. I am not likely to recommend this company to anyone who actually would like to receive the products that they order and pay for.”

“Ordered a bunch of snapcaps - first dozen mostly broke on the first strike. Xhunter didn't want them returned, and refused a refund, only offering an instore credit. Said that because the snapcaps broke they couldn't resell them so no refund !!! I pointed out that Australian Consumer Law says that if a product is not as described, or not fit for purpose, then a full refund is in order. The problem is getting that enforced. Fortunately I had paid through Paypal, so once I lodged a dispute through Paypal, Xhunter coughed up a refund real quick. Bottom line is - when buying online use a payment service that will back you up if the seller tries to do the wrong thing, and there is more of that out there than you might think.”

“very poor communication from this company, I ordered several items that were showing "in stock" and when my order arrived it was incomplete, after serval attempt to contact this company, they finally replied by saying the items I ordered were "not in stock". From there it was like pulling teeth trying to get a reply from them, never shopping with them again.....”

“I was waiting for this review to arrive! The first thing i noticed was the box had been opened and the battery was installed along with marks on the item, My first thought was it has been used or Bushnell send out inferior products. Thanks but I'll shop elsewhere”

“- sell stuff that does not have - to mock you even more, it put this items on sale! - communication is awful, send messages to try to get status of items not received, does not reply for days, - I left a review on Google while I was waiting those items, it kinda of black mailed me saying remove the review not answering on the status of my items like: remove the review or you not see your stuff?! - hard to get money back, always try to give store credit so you buy more stuff ( that they do not have?! ) I will stay well away from it”

“My past experiences with Xhunter have been excellent (both via the Xhunter online store and eBay) ... so good that I bypassed my local gun shop for my current purchase. Unfortunately, this time, I was sold a Bushnell Trophy 3-9x40 scope that was out of stock but available online (which I am still waiting for). The matching 1 inch Leupold rings arrived two days ago (ordered 25th Sept 22, posted 4th Oct 22). Despite allowing ample time for Australia Post's ridiculous mail-out waits, I had the opportunity to both sight in my rifle and also hunt this week (starting Monday, 10th Oct 22) while on holidays. Now it will all be too late.”
