Ordered a bunch of snapcaps - first dozen mostly broke on the first strike. Xhunter didn't want them returned, and refused a refund, only offering an instore credit. Said that because the snapcaps broke they couldn't resell them so no refund !!! I pointed out that Australian Consumer Law says that if a product is not as described, or not fit for purpose, then a full refund is in order. The problem is getting that enforced. Fortunately I had paid through Paypal, so once I lodged a dispute through Paypal, Xhunter coughed up a refund real quick. Bottom line is - when buying online use a payment service that will back you up if the seller tries to do the wrong thing, and there is more of that out there than you might think.
