We partner with Australia Post to ship most orders. Some orders may be shipped with Hunter Express, Toll or TNT if contain oversized or heavy items.

If you don’t like your item and wish to return it you can do this up to 30 days after purchase date. “Item was misplaced and took quite a long to arrive. Has left me dubious for future purchases. In fact I purchased other items from Scoped Out such as bipod, red dot and bore snake.”

“Bought a gun safe from Xhunter. Product was excellent. However the delivery was subpar. I had to personally check the delivery and despite me leaving instructions to contact me to arrange to bring the safe into the house, the gun safe was dropped off in the front of the house, pallet and all. Took ages to bring it in. Please don't use Toll to deliver your products again”

“I ordered 3 items and received 2 items over a week later - though all items were showing as in stock. No explanation or communication as to why the 3rd item was missing and had to contact your office to find out why. The item is apparently out of stock, but that's not what the website said. While I understand that can happen at times better communication would avoid wasting everyone's time on unnecessary follow-ups.”

“Purchasing the thermal wasn't too hard. Couple minor learning curves with website but got one ordered. Only shame was didn't exspect it to take 4 weeks and couple emails to get it sent out and delivered.”

“Over all pretty bummed, I love my guns and it seemed like a one stop shop. Spent a good $1500 on my first order. Half arrived. One item poorly packed. very loose in the box, got slammed around in freight. Chased up missing parts, found some stuffed in the bottom of another items box. The scoped wasn't sent due to damage found (fair enough) but I wasn't notified. I waited a 6 weeks. Chased it up again.. Then it arrived. Still missing a silicon sock from the original order (no its not stuffed in the scope box). Couldn't be bothered chasing it up for a $12 sock. Takes a good 12hrs to reply via messenger. Notify customers of holdups. Package items individually. We pay for individual freight.”
