“Very pleased with my flamingo jumper, although had to return and order a size smaller it was far too big. Also returned teal dalmatian jumper as it was not the colour as in the photograph and also was too big. very good quality”

“Ordered 2 dresses for choice for a Christmas night out. Both were on offer at half price. Liked both but one suited better so returned the other. Nice styles, a bit different from the high street, and received nice comments about the one I kept and wore. Not amazing quality but alright at the discounted price. Return went smoothly. Would buy again from Yumi but perhaps not at full price.”

“Always been really satisfied with Yumi but my last order was not delivered by Hermes and after a bit of to-ing and fro-ing I eventually got a partial replacement of my order (one item was out of stock by the time Yumi agreed to send a replacement order) I’m sure this is perhaps a one off and the fault of the courier but even so it reflects negatively on Yumi. That said, the quality of the products is good and very pleased with my order when it eventually arrived.”
