“Excellent products loved the dresses choose 1 for my sons graduation sent the other 2 back prompt refund. Only issue was their couriers Evri - I would ditch and get an alternative they’re letting you down! Would definitely purchase from again”

“Avoid them seriously, they have left me in an awful situation. I ordered a dress online paid for priority delivery. The wedding is literally tomorrow and it still hasn't arrived. Im fuming seriously, then i get an email saying ' your refund has been processed ' , it hasnt at all. The clothes might look nice online but seriously avoid them.”

“Sorry to say the dress didn’t suit me, it was lovely though. Needed to send it back but was just a day before cut off for returns. Customer service was lovely & said it was still ok to send back. Had refund a few days after it was returned. Would still order things from Yumi ….”

“Dresses arrived promptly but both had to be returned. One was too small but i had chosen the biggest size you had available and the other was damaged. I definitely would have kept both of them had this not been the case - the style and quality of the dresses was good. The return procedure was simple but am currently waiting for my refund- This has not put me off shopping with you again”

“I ordered a wrap dress which came on time and was a beautiful dress. The only downside is that the dress itself had to be stitched at the bottom to prevent it from blowing up and having a Marilyn Monroe moment! Would defo buy again.”
