“My order arrived earlier than expected. Online order was fast, easy and convenient. I ordered two dresses to see which style would suit best. I kept one dress and returned the other. Returns were super easy. The dress I decided on was the pink floral print halter gypsy dress. Really happy with my experience and will order from Yumi again.”

“The only online clothing retailer that I have to repeatedly chase for a refund for returned items. Still waiting for a refund from an order dated 30th March! Will never order again! Shame as they have some nice stuff but I have now lost all confidence! I’ve sent several emails and not had a single response and no one answers the phone! Avoid!”

“Dresses arrived quickly. Chose one and returned the other with an easy and convenient system. Confirmatory emails at all stages and used Klarna and this was updated quickly too. Loads of choice and will definitely be using again, really pleased.”

“AMAZING SERVICE THANK YOU YUMI If I could award more stars I would! I bought a lovely Urban Touch kaftan dress but Royal Mail failed to deliver! When I called up YUMI they instantly took stress away and sent another out free of charge Next Day Delivery. Beautiful dress for my friends wedding next week. Highly recommend YUMI”

“Nice dresses and good quality but my first order was never received. Thankfully contacting Yumi they raised an investigation but still no cause for This so they resent all the dresses (they gave me the option for refund also).”
