“Was delighted with my purchase, bought a lovely dress that was true to size! Have taken a point off because I had ordered two dresses and heard nothing about the second, until I emailed customer services. Was informed the dress was out of stock, and I understand that numbers can differ, and promptly received a refund. My issue is that the dress was still available online two weeks later, so had no way of knowing if I should order again? Thankfully the lovely Margaret at customer services contacted IT who rectified the problem. Overall delighted with my first purchase from the company. Should say that I received a code for a ten percent discount on my next purchase for my inconvenience.”

“Flattering and fabulous pattern. I’m a size 18 and 5ft3 so had to have the length altered other than that I love it. Also passes the easy to get on and off test so you don’t need to be a contortionist to get out of it when you go to the loo! Please re-stock the black crane print version in a size 18 as I’d buy that too.”

“I haven’t bought from Yumi before but would highly recommend the company. I ordered a dress which didn’t fit . I was hoping to wear it for a wedding during the Easter weekend and shipping worried me when looking at ordering another size. So I phoned the company and asked how the overnight delivery would work if I ordered them which was already after lunch. They told me to order, phone back with the number and they would ensure it got out for next day delivery … and it did! Sadly I didn’t end up wearing the dress - it was really beautiful and much nicer than I expected - but I felt it wasn’t quite right for the occasion. My friend wants to order it now though ! Anyway I mention this because the returns process was also very simple. I will be back for sure.”

“Brought as a back up wedding outfit and decided last minute to wear it...perfect! If I was gonna be picky (which I ain't as this review still has 5 stars) the back zip is a bit annoying - fair bit of laughter having fella following me to the ladies and being zip monitor but who said the age of chivalry was dead? Great little outfit”
