“I am not at all satisfied with the Zipster pyjamas. The quality of the fabric is poor. Despite respecting the washing instructions, after just a month, the pyjamas look like a dust cloth. Also, the edge of the sleeves is so tight, I can barely fit the baby's hands through them. Very poor quality for such pricey clothes.”
“I wasn't convinced by the quality of the goods. The size of the clothes didn't match the usual sizes at all. The worst part was returning the goods. This must be sent to the Netherlands at your own expense. There is no information about the modalities on the company's website. Due to the poor quality, I didn't keep any item of clothing and had to pay 20 euros for return shipping. I absolutely cannot recommend it.”
“I have ordered many different Zipsters for my baby, and to be honest, we both really do love them. I cannot fault the product.
HOWEVER, I will no longer be shopping at Zipster due to a recent experience with the customer service team. I purchased a christmas present at the beginning of December (more than enough time as I paid for next day shipping), they unfortunately sent me the wrong order. I reached out to let them know that I have the wrong order and asked if my correct order could be shipped to me, and I will return the incorrect order they have sent. For some reason they needed to confirm this with the warehouse, despite me sending picture evidence of the wrong order which they had requested. This process took 1 week, during which time I asked them in the interest of time, whether it would be better for me to just re-order, as long as they accept their incorrect order back. I had no response, until finally they agreed to resend my correct order. Then 2 days later, I received an email that my order was no longer in stock. This obviously annoyed me, but I still understood because Christmas is a busy time. Therefore I requested a refund. Christmas delivery had passed by this point. Half a week passed again and then they finally sent me the return label. My items have been received by the warehouse 2 weeks ago and they have still not been processed. My total order costs 100 pounds. Given that I was simply now just correcting their mistake, I asked for an update as to why the return is not being processed and I did not receive a reply.
I am so disappointed in Zipster, I have used them for 1 year. I have had a few postage problems with them, but nothing this bad. This process has unfortunately lost them a valuable customer. I hope my refund is processed soon. Waiting this long for items I did not even order is really quite frustrating. I feel that customer service team did not take me seriously and acted with no urgency whatsoever. A shame really.”

“Item was of poor quality and customer service was abysmal. Onesie started pilling after 2 wears and customer support only offered 10% for the next other within 1 month. Customer support admitted that item was defective and yet still did not offer a refund or replacement until I insisted that under the Dutch consumer law it is compulsory to replace or refund said item.”
“Worn for less than 4 hours and the heels are starting to bead up with little balls of fabric, my child doesn’t even walk. Pictures taken after 3 hours of wear. I contacted customer support the day they arrived and it’s been 5 days without a response so this company clearly isn’t accountable for their product. The designs are pretty and the fabric initially feels nice, but these will not last. Dave your money.”
“After just two nights of use as pajamas, the fabric deteriorated, and it's covered in fabric balls. It's disappointing that the quality seems to be so poor, especially since I haven't even washed it yet.”
