Helaas na 1x dragen verschillende gaten in het t-shirt. Omdat ik het op de hand gewassen had was een terugbetaling niet mogelijk. Ik kreeg een tegoed bon voor een volgende bestelling. Maar vanwege de slechte kwaliteit en matige klantenservice ben ik niet van plan om een nieuwe bestelling te doen. Hierdoor heb ik niks aan een tegoed bon. Heel slecht! Zeker als je direct contact opneemt (enkele dagen na levering bestelling).

Love the fabric but I washed it once cold and the print already starts to crack and come off. Very disappointing, cause I love the look of the Milkshake T-shirt a lot.

I have bought some sleepers. The quality has not matched the price. The material is thin, there were loose threads, snags and after one use there was fluff balls built up on high friction areas. The zipper feature was nice. I am not going to buy the product again.

ordered 5 baby zipsters 3.5 weeks ago. The order went through fine and I received a package quickly, however the package did not content my order. I had received a "wrong" package. Received 5 different designs and 5 wrong sizes. After 2 weeks of correspondence, zipster sent me a free return label and agreed to ship the correct order once they received the "wrong" package. However, they had sold out of one of the designs I initially had chosen and therefore were asked to change my order. I have tracked the "wrong" package and it was received by zipster 6 days ago, however I have not received my new order myself and have not heard from them either. I paid for 5 baby zipsters, the money was withdrawn from my account 3 weeks ago, but I still don't know if my order is on its way All in all it's been almost 4 weeks since I first ordered, I hope my daughter can still fit the clothes when I get them. It is some beautiful design and nice quality, but I am not impressed by the shipping and the overall service.

I can't say anything about the quality for now. I hope you can change the review after some service and the actual order in hands. It got sent 8 days ago (what the email said) but still no package at the post office.. I don't know what's going on and they said they would go and check 3 days ago but I diddnt hear anything yet.

Hi Zipster team. I am still awaiting my order!! I received an email from Fastway Couriers on Thursday 9th last saying my order would be delivered that day. It hasn’t arrived yet!! I sent two emails to Fastway Couriers and have not received any response. I am really disappointed to be waiting this long for what is a present for my new Grandson. I’d appreciate if you would follow this matter up and treat it as Urgent please. Looking forward to hearing from you.
