“Lovely soft fabric & many cute designs to choose from. 2-way zip and fold over hands & feet are essential . The bodysuits are also lovely & soft. I have dropped 2 stars as the fabric does bobble fairly quickly and they’re very expensive. I also didn’t get very good customer service when I had an issue; the elephant design zipster has a note on the product page that you need to go a size up, which I did, but it was still too small (I already had other designs in the correct size). I contacted zipster explaining this but, even though I’d followed their guide for sizing, they wouldn’t allow me to return for an exchange or refund as I’d washed the garment. I had washed it as I’d assumed the information they’d provided was correct so it’s unreasonable the customer should have to swallow the result if their mistake/incorrectly sized product. They offered me a £15 credit which is always an infuriating gesture as it costs them nothing & only gives me the option to give them more money! There are plenty of other companies that offer the same product features as Zipster does (such as ergoPouch which even have tog-rated sleep suits) so I have have bought from them instead now.”
“The material very comfortable. We love it. But the first time he wear i noticed the fabric is broken, i follow the washing procedure, even i just put it in cold water and air dry.”

“My order was never delivered. Apparently DHL uses USPS and for some reason the package was not delivered. I got no notice of that and, in fact, the tracking link showed that it had been delivered. Neverthless, Jaen in Customer Service did a great job of researching the facts and offering to cancel the order with a refund or re-shipping the item. I opted for re-shipping. Lets hope I get the second shipment!

“Hi, thank you for a really good quality product. We love them. However one of your products the Foxclub zipster 0-3 months is very disappointing. Not one full visual of the fox on the item. It doesn't resemble anything like a fox, see attached photographs. Quality of your product is fab. But for the price I am surprised this passed your quality standard.”
“The suit is lovely but the sizes are insane. My baby fits fine in all other 6-9 month clothing but we could barely get the 6-12 month suit on him so waste of money unfortunately”

I thought since its bamboo that it would be a little thicker and more fluffy. I definitely had better bamboo in my hands before.my kid cant wear that to sleep in winter.

“The zipster I bought in size 6-12m looks huge even after washing, like my child will be able to wear it until they're two years old! They definitely won't fit it soon as planned, but that's not so bad. The teether I got, on the other hand, was pretty disappointing. I expected it to be at least the size of my palm, but it's barely 2 in across. I'm really glad I bought it on sale and not for full price, and I won't be buying another one. All in all it's okay, but I am not sure I'll be jumping to buy from zipster again soon.”
