“Worst customer service ever. I ordered an item and entered the correct shipping address on the website (they have an option on the website to 'ship to different address'). The confirmation email showed the wrong address, so I asked them to change the address, but they said they couldn't and told me they would cancel the order, and that I should go elsewhere for being demanding. They then didn't bother to cancel the order, and sent the item to the wrong address anyway. When I asked to return for a refund, they expected me to pay for return postage, despite the error being on their side! Dealings were extremely unfriendly and rude. Avoid like the Coronavirus.”

“Worst expierience ever. This "company" works like SCAM. No contact after I purchased an item. No info that item was out of stock and was never send to me. Their customer service doesn't exist. After my claim PayPal returned my money. Not recomend. AVOID THEM”

“Fast delivery. I purchased twice from xenons4u, so for satisfactory products and after after sale customer service. first order was for hid d3s bulb received next day. Last week ordered h7 hid kit again received it next day. Highly recommended!”

“Bought LUMRO HIR2 9012 Super White Headlight Bulbs 55W and tried them on the motorway where I could hardly see nothing. Luckily I got to my destination safely. I do not recommend buying any bulbs/lights from xenons4u because they're selling low-quality products which are not road legal. Avoid and use professionals like Euro Car Parts or Halfords”

“Xenons4U have supplied a bulb which do exactly as described... https://xenons4u.co.uk/hir2-9012-super-white-headlight-bulbs-55w.html Paired with a set of LED sidelights, the car now has that modern look I wanted and the illumination performance is certainly better than stock. At 19.95 the pair, it's a similar price to a standard set from Halfords. I know which one I'd rather have! In terms of support, one bulb has failed and the aftercare team has arranged for a replacement after a couple of emails. Good job.”
