“ A company that’ll take your money but you won’t receive your goods or you’ll maybe see them in a years time if your lucky, absolute shambles of a company, could be very successful IF they sent peoples stuff, only losing themselves as now nobody will order from them, big missed opportunity for them in the business. What a shame! And to be selling T-shirts for Ukraine yet not be sending out is a absolute DISGRACE using a war situation to make money probably not even send anything to the aid from the looks of what’s going on with the company and to not send these goods out yet still preach about next day delivery for other stock is a JOKE!!! ”

“ Worst customer service I have ever come across, ordered 1st Jan, still no delivery. They have updated me with a Hermes tracking number but Hermes are yet to receive the package from Xplosive Ape. Don't answer whatsapp calls and response to messages is ridiculously slow and no resolution. ”
