“Excellent efficient service. I placed my order on Monday afternoon and it arrived on Thursday, and in the middle of the Christmas rush! I particularly like the range of older, more unusual fragrances that Yankee Planet stock and I enjoy visiting the shop in person too! (1825)”

“My experience with this company is a positive one! I've ordered a couple of times with them and each time delivery has been prompt and items are properly packaged. When one of the items I had ordered was out of stock, I received a prompt and friendly e-mail to advise of my options. I will order with them again. (order number 1822).”

“Ordered for the first time and was very pleased. Arrived on time and we'll packaged. Also it was a yankee candle I was struggling to get and they had it in stock and it was a bit cheaper than I had seen it else where. Will defiantly use again.”

“I FOUND SERVICE AND FROM COMPANY EXCELLENT BUT WAS FAR FROM PLEASED WITH ROYAL MAIL. IT NOW SEEMS THEY DO NOT DELIVER PARCELS ONLY CARDS TO TELL YOU TO PICK IT UP FROM NEAREST OFFICE.”
