“The item I ordered was falsely advertised as a large two wick tumbler, when it arrived it was only a regular tumbler. I have emailed Yankee Planet regarding this but haven't had a reply”

“Good selection of candles but delivery was extremely poor. Ordered my selection of candles with 3-5 working days but it had still not arrived by the 6th day. I also could not track my parcel from the courier service Yankee candle use, as the website said my tracking number was invalid. The candles are expensive and for that amount of money I would expect a faster, more reliable service.”

“Was really pleased with the speedy delivery from Yankee Planet. However, I was very disappointed with the Home Sweet Home Fragrence. I couldn't wait to plug in and smell the lovely smell that so many reviews had stated... Unfortuneatly, you cannot smell a thing unless you hover right over the plug. Maybe its just this one fragrence but after reading lots of recommending reviews I now realise I was sucked in. Especially when they were compared to be far better than the Air Wick & Glade products. Not sure if its worth spending more on another fragrence or am I just waisting my money again???”
