“I recieved my Yankee burner on Christma Eve. It arrived scratched, damaged and the exterior of the black cat is full of white marks. I have contacted Yankee Planet to either exchange my item for one that is not damaged or refund me. Yankee Planet has not got back to me but funnily enough they have time to send me an email to review the service that I received so here it is. I will be following up my complaint.”

“When my candle arrived it has a big crack down the side of it with a bit of glass falling out ! Not impressed emailed 3 days later and still no reply !!!”

Really sorry you had a bad experience. breakages do happen sometimes as these are glass items. I have checked our emails and we did not get your previous email for some reason but we got your email today and we have refunded your order. We do hope you continue business with us. Regards, Terry

“Quite disappointed really. Packaging was very good with a box, bubble wrap and air packs to secure the gift inside. However when i opened it all, the box of the item is all scuffed and slightly torn on the corners. The actual box has been opened previously before and the evidence of this is clear. Also the item itself had come out of the inner packaging so all the postage packaging obviously didn't keep it secure. Im disappointed and upset as this is a gift and it looks like something I've picked up second hand! Wish i had ordered else where now as the item wasn't even cheaper through your company so overall i have gained nothing!”
