“Item well packaged and delivered in reasonable time. Candle jar was a little damaged, but it was an older deleted fragrance we ordered and didn't affect the candle performance, so all good.”

“The fragrances chosen are very good, however they are an alternative the preferred fragrance of Mackintosh. It is a shame that this range in general and Mackintosh in particular is being discontinued.”

“Placed order on the Internet and received an email to say stock levels were incorrect and could I change my order. Changed my order and waited for delivery. Delivery didn't arrive so made contact with Yankee Planet, was told it would be looked into. 2 days later no news so made contact again. Order was confirmed lost and new order was made. Received this order in good time. Although some problems I found that they were dealt with in good time and in an appropriate manner. I would use Yankee Planet again.”

“I ordered the travel spray but was sent the room spray. However I contacted seller who asked me to email a photo of the product I was sent, which I did. A couple of days later the original product which was ordered arrived so very impressed with customer service! Thank you Yankee planet.”

“Ordered a large black cherry jar, vanilla cupcake sampler and a roly poly votive glass on Tuesday night. I then emailed Yankee Planet as I had forgotten an item and they replied very quickly (out of hours) the same night! I then added the item on Wednesday morning and received a dispatch email by Wednesday dinner time. On Friday I rang up to track my order and the staff was really helpful and friendly. I received my order this morning (Monday) and was really happy with it. Yankee Planet are a trustworthy company that sell yankee candles at really great prices and have great customer service! The only constructive criticism I have is about MyHermes tracking being so confusing and would of liked a different delivery option. I will DEFINATLEY (and happily) be shopping with Yankee Planet again!!! :) Last digits of order number: 1537”

The Vanilla Cupcake sampler was out of stock on every other website (including the Yankee Candle Official Website) but was in stock here!
