“I ordered online and collected from the store, my order was available within 24 hours, and when I went to the store the guy was so helpful, friendly and kind, he knew what he was talking about and nothing was too much trouble, we stayed in the shop for a few hours talking. Will deffinatly be using them again :) x”

“Great selection of products...my Christmas memories candle had displayed its final flame to my dismay so I went on search of another...the problem Christmas was over! I searched high and low and found what I wanted on Yankee Planet...and more I may add. Great service highly recommended.”

“The item I ordered was falsely advertised as a large two wick tumbler, when it arrived it was only a regular tumbler. I have emailed Yankee Planet regarding this but haven't had a reply”

“After searching pretty much everywhere for a Bahama Breeze in a large jar, I was totally overwhelmed when I actually found one in stock! The delivery was super fast with a tracking number so I could check on it! If came in a box safely wrapped! Over the moon thank you!”

“2 wick Yankee Candles are very hard to find online now so was so pleased to find one on YankeePlanet. A double wick really gives the scent a stronger throw, and the Vanilla Lime is a delicious smell”

“It was easy to find the Yankee spray that I was after using the site's search. Having been unable to source the spray I wanted in the shops, I was pleased the price was one of the cheapest found online. I was emailed straight away by Yankee Planet informing me of the order placed and that my order had been dispatched. My order arrived 3 days later in perfect condition!!! I am so pleased with my Sparkling snow room spray...Thank you Yankee Planet!!”

“Excellent service. After I placed my order I received a phone call about an hour later telling me one of the things I had ordered wasn't in stock so they would replace it with something similar. The order came about 4 days later which was much quicker than I expected. Overall great customer service. I will definetly order again from here!!”
