“I received my items in good time sadly one of my jars was smashed when I received it. I emailed to see if it was possible to have a new one sent out. Got a very quick and friendly response. Then I received a phone called to say a new jar would be sent to me. Very pleased with the customer service and general site overall :)”

“Came across these room sprays in US some years ago. Not widely available here and when they are, tend to be a bit more expensive than Yankee Planet. Ordering is simple and delivery is normally 3 to 5 days. I would recommend the service.”

“This was my first time with using Yankee Planet, but it won't be the last. Yankee Planet's service was excellent. I'd ordered the products on Tuesday and they had arrived in 1 week we had a bank Holiday in the middle of this period as well so I was really pleased about that. The main reason I purchased from Yankee Planet was you could get hold of some of the discontinued scents that I really love at really affordable prices and they are local to me so next time I could even pop in to the local store and pick my orders up myself.”
