“Having had a problem with two items I brought from Yappy.com. Rhian contacted me about my issue, and after sending her some photos, she arranged for me to have two replacement bowls. This was done in a professional and friendly manner. I would give this company 100% 5stars.”

“Fantastic online shop for the fur babies in your life. You can create your own little avatar pup but also down pictures for cards, towels etc. Great online codes sent regularly to give you discount aswell. A must for the furry one in your life (and the hoomans)”

“Fantastic choice of personalised items. Three items ordered, two arrived promptly, the third item a T-shirt took a few weeks and as it was for a Birthday I had to contact Yappy and was advised the clothing items were taking longer than usual, but was given a refund of my postage as a gesture of goodwill and the T-shirt arrived in time for the Birthday.”
