“I've used this company several times, and always been really impressed. Very cute products, high quality and dispatched quickly. Never had a complaint, nor any products damaged in delivery. Would definitely recommend!”

“Quality of the product is great and the customer service I received (Amanda) was really good. The mail had said they'd delivered it but nothing had arrived. I contacted yappy and Amanda checked with the delivery service and it turned out they had delivered it but to the wrong address. They said it would be redelivered but if any issues get in touch. About 5 days later it still hadn't turned up so emailed, Amanda replied and said don't worry and issued a replacement which arrived within a few days. Scroll forward another week and the one from the mail delivery service finally turned up.”

“The treat tin that we bought looked great and was well made. However, the delivery took longer than stated and meant it almost came too late. Once we passed the original timeframe for delivery, I escalated this with the customer service team but the response was more or less to wait for the product to be delivered which wasn't helpful at all.”
