“This is my second review for my item . I placed an order that never arrived. Rian please forgive me if I spelt your name wrong. Organised a replacement for me and it arrived before the expected delivery date. Customer service was excellent.”

“My order was late. I contacted customer services after the latest date at which it should have been dispatched. They were unable to provide an update on the status of my order & simply said they would pass on a message to the manufacturer. When the book arrived, the dog’s name was spelt correctly on the front & in some places inside the book but incorrectly spelt in other places. A shame, as it would have been a nice book (and gift) otherwise.”

“As always Yappy always make us happy. Whenever we order items from Yappy we are pleased with them. The only things I would say is with the bandanas I will add some press studs just to make sure they stay on Arthur. He's really inbetween the 2 sizes for them, so as a belt and braces type Human I use press studs. But that's just my way the quality of the items is brilliant, so are the ideas!! We that's both Arthur and myself love Yappy products and the lovely staff who we deal wit.”

“I ordered a pet first aid kit. It is well packed with essential items. I have already used the tick remover. It is a good travel size, to keep in the car,,or when out walking.”

“I gave Tino his ibone and stupidly didn't check it before he picked it. Tino's a bit annoyed because he thought he was sending a card to Marvyn not Marvyn being the dogtor . As his mum I think that it was very badly worded.”
