“I love the card but if you’d given the option I’d have liked Watson’s name in it. I gave it to my mum from Watson so maybe ‘Watson is slow blinking you’ or similar. It would represent the thought that had gone into the card. Or even just a little cat paw print with Watson’s name underneath on the pointy flab bit of the envelope, that would be super cute. She did love the card so thank you very much”

“I've bought a few treat tins over the years, and everyone loves them when they receive them as a gift for their dog. This time I stupidly mis-spelt the dog's name, and has to contact Yappy urgently, - they were really understanding and promptly changed my order name. Customer service is great!!”
