Thought it was cheap looking - big transfer on white towel with print made to look like towel. The photos don’t show it very clearly. Would not buy again

No attempt to deliver to me by Xmas and entered into long conversation about my order and then said we have no idea when it will arrive . Very poor and it arrived too late to give to my friend for Xmas . I paid for next day delivery too !

Slow delivery which I thought was acceptable because the item was being personalised - but when it arrived it wasn't personalised at all..... What is the point in asking the name of the Pet if they don't use it.

Hi Esta, Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review, although I am saddened to see you didn't have a 5 star experience with us on this occasion. I can see the apron you purchased is one of our designs that does not come personalised with name, and instead does feature your chosen icon only. We do state this within the product description on our website and illustrate this within our product imagery, so I do apologise if this was missed when ordering. We ask for your dog's name as part of the registration process to accurately display any items that are personalised with name, and I do apologise for any confusion this caused when ordering. We do also advise allowing 3-4 working days for our personalised items to be created and dispatched, and then to allow a further 48 hours for delivery. I can see we did fulfil your order within this timeframe, and I can only apologise if these timescales were missed when purchasing. Busters Rainbow mat for a black cocker spaniel arrived . Unfortunately it was a star mat for a golden Labrador/ retriever called Teddy 🤣which I returned at personal expense . It was too late to reorder for Christmas so Buster still doesn’t have a mat !

Unfortunately the items I ordered for Christmas never arrived. They issued a refund very quickly but I was disappointed that I did t get the items. I have ordered in the past with no issues

Ordered 2 fleece sweatshirts for Xmas and a mug as a gift. Sweatshirts arrived fine . Mug was a seperate delivery and completely smashed into tiny pieces. No internal wrapping, just placed in a cardboard box with no tissue or bubble wrap. Emailed customer services as this waa a gift, asked to send out a replacement and to make sure it was well packaged. They sent out another bit same thing... no packaging. Luckily this one wasn't broken but not impressed, given I'd specifically requested it be well wrapped.

I was unhappy with the size of the characters and how busy the pictures were. I had difficulty myself in finding the dog chosen let alone for my granddaughter aged 4 who the book was for.

I have shopped many times with Yappy and always been very happy however I am very disappointed with the quality of the 2 blankets recently purchased. Wonky edges and very thin fabric, nothing like my other Yappy blankets 😢

My hubby brought me a shoulder bag with my dog on it. Only thing was the pic alright but the finish was a bit rough on the inside.

Although the mug arrived within a few days and looked exactly as the ordered image, and my friend was delighted with it as a birthday gift. However it has chipped after 2 washes in the dishwasher, so they are no longer using it....so I'm disappointed with the poor quality of the mug.

Brought the cat mats Looked really great but once cat food on them they don’t wipe clean so already look shabby and won’t repurchase The feeding bowls look nice and are substantial but too big for cat bowls- a pouch of cat food looks list in them Good service and well packaged items Loved the cards and book

Previously have been pleased with purchases. But recently received delivery of an eating mat. It was rolled up. And is badly creased reining the picture. It needs to be delivered flat. Just cannot be bothered to return it. But disappointed.

Guys.... Everything was and has been brilliant, with the hundreds of pounds I’ve spent with you ! However, the feeding bowl received today has one side that is completely out of balance !! Shame, but I just can’t be bothered to send it back ! 5/10 R
