“The bag is lovely though the handle is too short to go over the head as it then rides under my armpit so I can only put it on the shoulder so just falls off all the time which is a shame.”

“Great, innovative products, both the "personalised" icon of the dog but also the option for some photo uploads - gives a good range of present ideas and items for the dog and home. Having the profile saved to choose various products from is great fun and having colour options makes a difference. I don't have mulitiple animals but can see how it would be great to be able to have each one's profile saved if so. Maybe now need to expand to other species?? Nicely packaged and quick delivery too.”

“Love the cards and products however the card wasn’t delivered on time. I understand that this will of been because of Royal Mail delivery times but poor Mabel the therapy dog didn’t get her Christmas card.”

“Never received the personalised Christmas card I ordered, not sure why? Will take it up in New Year, so not happy with this service. Still not arrived. However personalised blanket and mug arrived and very happy with them”
