“Very happy, except the delivery took longer than quoted and I nearly didn’t receive it on time for a birthday present”

“I love the products and the fact you can personalise everything to your dog or cat. I recently purchased a Griffindog bandanna for my dog to wear to my mother's Harry Potter themed party, which she loved!”

“Great quality cards and wrapping paper. I did think however that wrapping paper was a little expensive. Cards were good value.”

“Great online shop … I love that they personalise the name of your pet on everything & the delivery is fast! My one reason for not giving 5* is because I purchased a cushion for Violet & she loved having her own space. But the material wasn’t good & I sadly had to dump it after 10 months of use! The same material was used for food mats on the floor & I couldn’t clean them & dumped them after a short time of a couple of months. So I told the owners & they do not use that material anymore - that is an excellent reaction & proves the couple want to get their business RIGHT 100% & I think they’re doing an excellent job so far!”

“I love Yappy.com, the personalised items are great and the quality is excellent. I do find however it to be increasingly expensive. The price of the cards has gone up by a £1, and with delivery charge unfortunately they are are out of my budget now and so will not be ordering products occasionally, as I did before.”

“The delivery time was good but I am a little disappointed with the quality of the bag. I presumed that the bag would be thicker material. I’m not sure how much weight it would hold. I feel disappointed as your goods are usually such good quality.”

“Loved the idea of having my dogs on gifts for the family. I was a little disappointed with the wrapping paper; the fold lines were pale/white against the dark blue of the paper, which made it look like it had been folded in its cellophane for ages. I loved the mug and apron....but I do think the products are pricey.”
