“Loved my Yappy products! Sadly my dog Maisie passed away about a week after I made my order :( Because of this I unsubscribed from your emails. It would be nice to make the unsubscribe functionality easier and when someone is unsubscribed, avoid sending them another email asking for a review incase the reason they unsubscribed is sensitive.”
