“I love the fact you can personalise the products but my feeding mat for Florence was really disappointing. It looks great but the material used is really difficult to clean. A couple of dirty paw marks after walking on part of it to get to her water bowl and I can’t scrub them out. It’s ruined and will have to go in the bin soon 😭. I’m gutted.”
