“Very good service, very prompt considering that each item is customised. Loads of choice now of different products. Coped well with having nonstandard name and a AE symbol. Same issue though as I found when I first found Yappy that could be easily addressed but aren't: 1) If your dog's face is not one of the available options there's no offer to pick from all possible options even if not from your breed. 2) There are very few options for multi dog households. Not even if the same breed can you get plurals, eg "I just want to stay home with my poodles" rather than "... poodle", let alone having different types of dogs or having many names, faces, etc”
