“Very good service, very prompt considering that each item is customised. Loads of choice now of different products. Coped well with having nonstandard name and a AE symbol. Same issue though as I found when I first found Yappy that could be easily addressed but aren't: 1) If your dog's face is not one of the available options there's no offer to pick from all possible options even if not from your breed. 2) There are very few options for multi dog households. Not even if the same breed can you get plurals, eg "I just want to stay home with my poodles" rather than "... poodle", let alone having different types of dogs or having many names, faces, etc”

“I don't know whether Bertie liked you because the book is for his human, not him - he's a cat 😹 - and anyway it's for a birthday which hasn't happened yet!! However, the hardback format and gift box were great, as were the puzzle pictures! I have one of your books for my own cat Kizzy and my one criticism is that there are no solution pages at the end of the book - hence only four stars. The doggie version has solution pages - why not the cat?? Otherwise, great stuff for owners of furry friends, thank you 🐕🐈”
