“Although the products are lovely they are expensive. I ordered a game for my daughter which took far longer than expected, when it stated dispatched in 48-72 hours. It actually took over a week and missed her birthday. I think yappy need to provide an estimated delivery date to manage expectations better.”

“nice cup, replacing one i dropped. order placed on the 9th January. Since then I have had 21 (TWENTY-ONE) emails with calls to action to buy. Please reconsider the number of emails you are sending people, it's likely to put people off subsequent purchases.”
