“Loved the first aid box, Bentley loves too. Took some time in getting here as Royal Fail kept getting delivery wrong. Excellent customer service, excellent communication”

“Only my house number and postcode were on the envelope, hence it taking over a week to arrive, and missing the birthday deadline. I payed using Apple Pay. Very disappointed”

When paying via express methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. the delivery address for your order is automatically pulled from your chosen payment method. As such, we do not have any control over missing details and do ask customers to check their order confirmation emails for any address issues, and to contact us should anything look incorrect. “Great item for a fantastic price. Customer service was brilliant, I’d made a mistake with the order and they came back to me within the hour (over the Christmas period) advising how to correct it. The item was brought as a gift and they loved it. I have purchased a few items and would recommend.”

“We buy crisps and other snacks as festive treats for the dog as watching a dog eat crisps is one of the funniest sights on the planet. That bemused look on his face as his jaw goes up & down, unaccustomed to something so crunchy. These are the best dog crisps on the market and this year's choice of turkey dinner sausages was also very well received. Yappy's customer service is also superb. Overall, very happy dog and owners.”
