“Food is of a very high quality. Yes it's not cheap but our Luna eats every recipe with no complaints. Delivery is excellent and very easy to organise. The support available is very good as well”

“I ordered a personalised emergency snacks tin for my Granddog for Christmas. The tin was beautifully illustrated and the perfect size for 4 bags of doggy treats. The lid has a good tight fastening, to prevent the pupper from sneaking a snack!. A great gift.”

Hi Harry, Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review, although I am saddened to hear your item was not received. I can see you contacted our customer care team regarding this on the 21st December, and due to Royal Mail strikes scheduled for the end of that week, we offered a refund on your order as we could not guarantee a pre-Christmas delivery of a replacement. A full refund was subsequently processed for you. Unfortunately the strikes with Royal Mail throughout December caused quite a backlog which led to some delays with items arriving, and I can only apologise that this affected your experience with us. “Bought a Christmas jute sack, advent calendar and personalised walking bag for my lovely puppy as it’s her first Christmas. Even after all the break in attempts she made to get to her Christmas presents in the sack it has survived without breaking at all. The walking bag has been a real life saver for training too and now she relates it with treats. Had quite a few double takes as it’s her picture on it which everyone likes. At least if it ever gets lost it’ll be easy to find! I’d quite like if they sold the personalised flap separately so I could update it as she gets older. The advent calendar is brilliant too we had a lot of fun filling it up and getting her reaction to the new treats. We did have a mild protest when it was empty and folded up for storage. All in all Marvel approved and so do we! It has survived the 1st Christmas and here’s hoping to many more.”
