“I have purchased a few items from yappy and have only given one item a low score, purely because I thought it was expensive for what it was. I did state at the end of that review that I have been more than happy with products bought previously and afterwards. On reading my review Yappy got in touch to discuss my comments and took on board what I had to say. With this in mind, plus the products I have really liked, I have to say they are an excellent company with good customer service.”

“I love your site and so does Jarvis. I wish there was more personalised dog treats available to buy for Jarvis as I love making up his Christmas treat hamper and feel I am a wee bit restricted as to what I can choose for him.”

“Colours of image and text clear and really pleasing. Slightly disappointed with the overall thickness of the tea towel but the quirkiness of the design makes up for it. Delivery and communication the company are excellent are excellent.”
