“Easy ordering process, simple instructions to upload photos, even for a technophobe like me, personalised, good quality merchandise. Arrived well packaged and within the given timeframe. “The product I ordered for my daughter's birthday was late in arriving, for whatever reason, we will never know. It was not necessarily Yappy's fault. But when I received an email to review 'my purchase, my immediate reaction was to write a review saying the product never arrived. This was on the Friday. By Monday I receive an email saying that my money had been refunded along with a flurry of sincere apologies AND 'Hey Presto' the present arrived too - it had been stuck in the post. Too late for the birthday, but that was just Murphy's Law in operation there and who can predict how slow the postal services can operate when there is industrial action in the air. But this just goes to show that Yappy are keen to fulfil their promise to provide a good product in good time. If the system fails to support their endeavours then they will do their best to rectify any problems or any upsets ASAp;.”
