“The yarn is beautiful, but it was not shipped to the correct address. The packing slip inside the package was correct with the shipping address, but the package was shipped to my billing address which resulted in me almost not receiving the package. It would be greatly appreciated if shipping information was double-checked in the future.”

“After using mostly superwash merino this yarn is something different. A bit tough on the hands while knitting but the result is quite pretty. The colours are beautiful and a plus is the organic nature of the yarn.”

“Were it not for one skein that kept falling apart, I would have given it a higher rating. However, with that said Erm from customer service helped by sending me a new one, which I've yet to receive.”

“I love the colours, but the yarn is too expensive. Also, the colours in different parcels aren't quite the same - which didn't bother my weaving project, but it would have been bad with knitting a jumper, say.”

“The yarn skeins I ordered were really nice, but they were almost entirely blue compared to the blue/purple color-ombre I saw on my screen. I had to return it because it didn't work for the project I was planning, but I'll definitely order again.”

“I browsed your site looking for yarn for a baby blanket didn't quite see what I wanted. Most yarns are now acrylic pity not your fault it's manufacturers. Also a few weeks ago I was in your store but you had very little yarn just a few in the window.”
