I was in all day and no-one knocked on our door and there were certainly no parcels on a bench at our property. Yodel fails again.”

I won’t go into the lengthy details but honestly, if you are buying from a seller or business I’d check first if they use Yodel, and if they do I’d buy elsewhere or ask them to use a different courier…”
“Yodel never delivered my parcel. They never attempted to deliver my parcel but put on tracking that they had left a calling card - not sure where they left the card as at the time they were about 5 miles from my property. My parcel then remained at the depot for 3 days even though I requested redelivery.”

YODEl had my parcel for over a week stating they couldn't find address (Only 4 houses on road) tried contacting yodel (No way of contacting yodel, phone gives automated response) This really is a useless company, avoid at all costs! (Yodel, Ireland) I did online chat with Yodel agent (Pointless) wants me to contact sender? why? when Yodel have my parcel not the sender. Then they tried to fob me off with the "address label was damaged" excuse. My parcel was sent from Samsung, what a company like samsung are doing engaging with this outfit is beyond me or shows how little samsung think of their loyal customers once they got their money.”
“I normally try not to buy from companies that use Yodel as their courier service, as I have had issues every time I have used them. Every parcel has either been lost, delayed, or marked as delivered incorrectly even though it hadn't even left the depot yet.
The most recent package, I paid extra for Saturday delivery. The package was incorrectly marked as Delivered before it had even left the depot. The package was finally corrected and set out on the following Monday after wasting an entire day waiting for the package on Saturday.
The Yodel drivers in my area are also dangerous drivers, and have been caught trying to undertake cars at junctions and running red lights.”

Yodel customer service promised to send a letter twice. Confirming muck up. They never, so I lost my money paid for eBay items.

“I ordered goods from a company who despatched them by Yodel. A big mistake... I got an email from Yodel to say they have left the goods with an neighbour (didn't say which) and put a card through my door. No card and nothing with my neighbours. After an hour on the phone and on Web chat they told me it had been delivered to a coffee shop in another street. I checked but nothing there. Yodel are almost impossible to contact. Call centre in South Africa.. Cannot phone local depot.. Avoid this company..”
