Matt is very slippy and thin - not worth the price. I will have to repurchase another one from elsewhere.

Taking into account the pandemic, it took nearly a month for my order to arrive. I only got an update when I chased. Part of the order was out of stock so a replacement was offered which was good service but that arrived before the other parts of the original order, which equally needed to be chased.

Took a very long time to arrive and I didn’t feel like it was as thick as it said it would be. Good grip though.

I ordered this for my fiancée as a Xmas gift, she is pleased with the items but the delivery was awful. I had no notification or tracking information as to when it would arrive, by the 28th December I still hadn't received the parcel or an email. I contacted the company and they said that the goods had been despatched, I then received an email with a tracking number which said that the delivery company had tried to deliver and had left a ticket, this did not happen, subsequently I ended up running around post offices trying to find my items.

Hi Clive, I can only apologise for the delivery times, as the items were shipped from Austria they can take longer to arrive (6-10 working days), some delays were experienced around Christmas which is understandably the worst time of the year for delays so I am sorry about that. I am happy with the product. But not happy with having to pay an addtional 35 GBP in customs. No information on this on tje web page, even if shipping adress is known. Not happy with four weeks delivery time either. In tiotao I would be better off bying this product from a local shop.

Hi Ørjan, Lovely to hear you were happy with the bolster but sad to hear you were unhappy with the delivery times. Shipping across borders can sometimes take longer unfortunately and can be subject to import duty or local taxes. You can find this information on our website, I also emailed you in advance to let you know this could happen. However, it is understandable that the extra cost and delayed delivery time was not appreciated, for which I apologise. Item ordered 10th December for Xmas gift. Not received item at all yet and its now Christmas Day
