Easy yo set up and great prices. I've moved away from BG as the last year has been awful with them and huge price increase.

Today's contact was quite helpful in setting up an account. However I was somewhat concerned at having ( I thought) set up an account online last week, including Direct Debit authorisation. Having received no acknowledgement of this was my reason for today's phone call, to be told there was no record of the online application.

I have only just signed up, however Customer Service and advice was well delivered and questions answered without any issues. Quick and easy to set up and competitive price. I will be able to comment more once I need to use the service.

The representative was pleasant and clear with the information he provided. Good customer service. Even though I didn't want to purchase the plan I did due to the rep pleasant attitude.

Only just joined up and found the whole process very straight forward. I would love to know how quickly they respond to breakdowns though?

Your Repair is possibly not the most efficient company in the world, but when they identify a problem they genuinely attempt to sort it. I'm happy now ... and would recommend them.

no problems with service the engineer checked all including co2 alarms but was not happy with what he said about having to pay for certain items ie:washers on pipes and my cover only covers electical items in boiler not water pipesso i will have to look for another company that does cover such items
