“Contacted by your repair by email to arrange boiler service for my elderly in laws. Contacted engineer to arrange appointment. He turned up as arranged and was extremely pleasant. Work carried out without fuss. Thoroughly recommended.”

“For the annual servicing I was first contacted by email giving the details of the engineer arranging to come, the following day he text me with different days an hours, really liked the flexibility of times, so I did not have to ask for a day off at work, neither I has to wait all day. I am very satisfied with the service itself and how easy it was to set it up in the first place. Thank you”
