“After phoning your repair with questions in relation to a boiler warranty the girl answered all my questions in a truly professional manner & was courteous throughout. As a new customer hopefully moving forward I will not to call your repair but if I do if any repairs required are fixed in the same way as I was dealt with on the phone we will have a good & long term future”
