“I am trying to request an emergency call out, but all I get is request for previous supplier. I am disabled and we have sewage coming onto pathway and into a garage. I expected a seamless change over instead I have not means to get the emergency issue resolved. What am I paying for I ask myself certainly not a much needed aid”
