The engineer arrived within the stated timescale, was polite and friendly and did the service efficiently, pointing out that maybe we should put a carbon monoxide alarm in our loft (we have others in the house). “Jason arrived between allotted time and carried out our boiler service which met all required standards. I mentioned to Jason that the boiler had been shutting down on 3/4 occasions over the past three months. He said that it needed a new MCB which he reported back on and that would correct the problem. I am still waiting for a call from Your Repair to arrange another appointment to fit the MCB.”
